Tested, breathing is much easier. Air flow is increased. It comes off overnight because the nose gets oily. It depends on the skin type how long it will last. Overall, i’m very satisfied with the result.

Stickers work well. Clean your nose before you put them on and give them a minute to adhere to your skin and you’re good to go. Just don’t play around with the nose band too much or you can pull them loose.
