    Suitable for intended use, but only for loose ground steak (unmolded). If it is already molded (Oval), it will cracking during crushing. After a first machine wash, I had to remove an oxidation layer in the form of black powder.

    Came covered in aluminum oxide so it looked rather dirty and was very hard to clean. Most likely due to being shipped over seas. Works perfectly otherwise, wouldn’t even consider it an issue as long as you use parchment paper.
